SECRETARY REPORT:  Cathy Thornhill      Minutes from December 12, 2017 meeting approved.

TREASURER REPORT:  Bill Senne      Current Balance = $6,934.   Report approved as read.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT:  Dan Jayson        25 confirmed members.  Membership cards are available. 

WEBMASTER REPORT:  Jim Peschl (Allen Canzonieri) Absent

RIDE COORDINATOR REPORT:  Marlin Brandau                 Absent

HISTORIAN REPORT:  Barb Borgh              No report

Guest:  Russell Bell, Bubba, from Fridley American Legion Post 303 American Legion Riders announced a benefit ride for Eagles Healing Nest-Anoka (EHN-A) on May 19, 2018.  Requested that the ride begins at Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion.  Discussion to follow.

OLD BUSINESS:

Continue to display banner at current location.

Scooter will be put on Craig’s list for sale.

NEW BUSINESS:

Randy Taber:  Requested a date for the Blessing of the Bikes.  After discussion, Sunday May 20, 2018 was set.

Kent Winkelman:  Suggested making a monetary donation in the event of the passing of a Rider’s family member that was a veteran.  Discussion tabled.

Glenn Weakly:  The Riders have been assigned Room 304 in Cottage 4 at the EHN-A.  More details to follow as they become available.

Cathy Thornhill:  American Legion National Commander’s Dinner at Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion on February 8, 2018.  All members are encouraged to attend.  The Post has not hosted this event in more than 12 years.
